If you have a standard template, then you need to set what you want in the sidebar from Appearance -> Widget -> https://www.screencast.com/t/qvSOMzqgV3z and set the sidebar in Theme Panel -> Template Settings -> Blog and posts template => https://www.screencast.com/t/hxVy7MfeCdi
