When i try to upload theme to my localhost i get window saying:
Connection Information
To perform the requested action, WordPress needs to access your web server. Please enter your FTP credentials to proceed. If you do not remember your credentials, you should contact your web host.
When i enter localhost into Hostname field and my credentials below it doesn’t work

I’m not sure why you get the error but you might want to check out this topic on how to set up WP on your localhost: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-install-wordpress-on-your-windows-computer-using-wamp/
You can also use xamp instead: https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/how-to-install-wordpress-locally-for-pcwindows-with-xampp/
