i know that have a way of put a icon in the header menu with font awesome, but in my website the icon dont show and a have other question is possible to put the icon above the text, just like this -> https://imgur.com/a/PiDP9Mo ?

Hello,
Please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also deactivate the cache plugin that you use, and try again in an incognito tab.

Also, the icons cannot be set as in the sent screenshot.
