I want to set certain block items as links, i.e when someone clicks on a block item, they are redirected to another website and not to a post on my website. I want to do this using Block 4. Here is an example. I also want to set a specific image for each block.

Hello,
Unfortunately our theme does not have such an option from it;s settings, but you can use a trick to get that result. You can create dummy posts with only a featured image and a title. Then create simple 301 redirects. You can add all posts in a particular category (filter the block with that particular category) and set it to hidden so it won’t show up anywhere: http://screencast.com/t/6YpMUMb2
