Where should I edit it? And I need to display Nepali date instead of English date. Do I need to use plugin?

The Big grids and blocks used have options that you can use to filter and sort the content that is displayed in them. Here you can find all the settings and options available for them

You can filter by category or categories, then sort the posts as you wish.
The date displayed format can be modified in the WordPress settings

But I believe for specific demands like you mention, you probably will need a plugin that has additional options. You can search for plugins with those capabilities and choose the one that you think it’s best.

I don’t need to display time just date. When I uncheck time then again english date appears.

It is not solved yet. When I change the date setting, all posts shows the same date. Pls check this screenshot https://prnt.sc/fifoo7. Here is my setting https://prnt.sc/fifp0u
When I create a new post now then also it’s showing the same date which is of friday. I don’t know how to resolve it. It’s showing correct date on english and I don’t want to display time. I hope the screenshots will make you clear.

Maybe it is caused by that plugin, or you did not configure it properly. Try entering a custom format in the plugins field. Or you could have strong caching installed, but since you tried with a new post and the same date is displayed, that may not be the issue.
If the correct date is displayed without the plugin, then it may not work properly.
Maybe you can ask for help or advice from the plugins author, or look for a different one.
