Currently I am using an image of dimensions 980*430px for my posts (no sidebar is being used) but the image is not responsive on my homepage. For example, when am using a big 3 grid, it shows part of my image. How can i make my images responsive please so that it adapts to every grid used.
Also, I didn’t receive the tagDiv Cloud Library when I purchased this theme, please advise.

Hi,
This problem appears when you install the theme on a site that already has content. The theme comes with it’s own thumbnails to minimize the page size and increase the page loading speed. To fix the problem, you need to regenerate the thumbs -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
If the problem persists, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
The tagDiv Cloud Library plugin is only in Newspaper theme, Newsmag them do no have this plugin.

Thank you for your response but the theme was installed on a complete new site (no existing content at all). I installed the theme and then started adding content.
I have installed the plugin you mentioned and regenerated the thumbs but did not notice any changes. Plugins not in use have been disabled and cache cleared.
Please check the site https://www.citoyens.news/ and you will find images on the homepage which are not responsive when used in different type of grids.

I just checked you website and of me now is look good, indeed some features image look different in some blocks the in others because the theme create thumbs and the featured images is cropped center top -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-featured-images/
