How to make pic bigger in dental studio?

Hey i am trying to replace the pic of the doctor on dental studio with something else but the new pic i upload is small and i need to adjust width and height. How do i do this?

EDIT: The pic i upload is big but the theme shrinks it and i cant find option to adjust size.

Hi,

So in order to achieve that first you need to add on image -> https://www.screencast.com/t/3XpyLjpJWx after that please make sure that the image you want to set is set to full size -> https://www.screencast.com/t/OiQGmmkcV those will be the results -> https://www.screencast.com/t/AIDGIgxtLde
