How to Make RSS Opens in _Blank

Could you please let me know how to make RSS feeds in the widget area open in new windows: _Blank.

Feeds are handled by WP, not the theme so you will have to find a solution on the wp forums: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/help-needed-how-to-open-rss-links-in-new-window?replies=12#post-1171453
