How to make Smooth animation while opening menu

Hello In Newspaper theme my menu not opening smoothly and some time not shows the menu when slow internet connection speed i like the style of forum menu style Compare is any css code here to remove the animation from my website

Unfortunately this will require custom css which is not covered by the support team. You will have to hire a developer in order to set this setting.
