our ad provider requires us to have the Header Ad as the first ad to be invoked.
What can I change to achieve this?

What kind of Ad Provider do you have? Notice that our theme has been designed to work as properly with Google Adsense system and there is no need to make other changes with your above request. If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
