Plz how do i force the thumbnail to fit in all in one size, no matter the size of picture uploaded i want it to either enlarge it equally of decrease it so it fit the size on home

Get the Regenerate Thumbnail plugin
When you click regenerate on the plugin settings page, it will get the job done for you, and the thumbnails will fit.

You also need to upload bigger images than the container. If your image is smaller than the big grid container, it will not be stretched. The theme only crops images. It does not enlarge them. For this you have to use another plugin called thumbnail upscale.
