Thanks for the video, however that did not address the question. I am familiar with creating basic menu structure.
In the example below, I have a Main Menu item and 3 submenus. The Main Menu has a linked page as does each of the submenu items. Once I add a submenu, the Main Menu item is no longer clickable. How do I make the Main Menu item AND the submenu items clickable.

I added a Custom Link as suggested. Same result.

I see that on the element is set pointer-events: none; also it seems to be recognized like inactive menu element.
