How To Make Widget Ads Roll With Page?
I put the Widget Ads, but it does not scroll along with a page … How do you do it?

Check the bottom part of the tutorial to see how you can create smart sidebars in pages. This would be the only way of doing this. Note that Adsense ads should not be used like this, it is considered a violation of their rules. Other ads could be used.
