How to migrate from Newsmag to Newspaper

I am trying to find the easiest way to migrate all my content and theme settings from Newsmag to Newspaper. Is there a way to preserve the settings, widgets, menus, etc. when moving between the themes?

WP Duplicator appears to be a way to migrate settings from server to server. I’m not sure how this helps me switch themes from Newsmag to Newspaper. Am I missing something?

Please notice that these are too similar and should not be hard to migrate from Newsmag to Newspaper. Simply make a full backup of your old theme and then, load it to the next one via FTP way. -> http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-create-a-complete-wordpress-backup-for-free-with-backwpup/
