Yes, that is as far as I got.
I am still missing some details: My mobile header changes color and is sticky. Both I do not want.
Where can I adjust that?

You can disable sticky mobile menu when you access Website Manager, like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/EdpjIpsBHunx
The color you should be able to change it when you edit the mobile menu with TagDiv Composer how I showed you above and access CSS tab from the element’s settings, then you will find the color which is changed.
