How to modify the POPULAR CATEGORY on the right side of the footer, I want to adjust this category

Hello,

Please check what element is there.
If it is a Categories/tags list you can set the ids of categories that you want to show -> https://i.imgur.com/HpI6PWS.png
if it is Popular category you can’t change it https://i.imgur.com/P11UYNX.png
