Can I noindex RSS feed through the settings in Newspaper theme please ?
I did via robots.txt but maybe I can set this up also inside the theme panel ?

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for RSS Feed, sorry! This is a default WordPress functionality which is not theme related.
