Good day and good news. The author has agreed. While we usually ask our buyrs to check the item and its compatibility before making a purchase, I understand and have no doubt that this was an honest mistake.
I checked your account because I want this to get resolved immediately, however, the theme has been downloaded 11 times. Considering it’s digital (it can’t be returned), we wouldn’t be able to provide a full PayPal refund. There are only certain circumstances where we can fully refund purchases to the payment source. For example, if the item is broken or faulty, or something was promised in the item description, but wasn’t included in the download file.
What I did is remove the Newsmag – News Magazine Newspaper from your downloads page and added a credit to your Envato Market account. This couldn’t be withdrawn, but could be used to buy any items from Envato Market that you might find useful in your other creative projects. On our other Markets we sell photos, videos, music and many more items.

Thank you Catherine, I think you did not get me and the author very well. The Magazine was working well, but I agreed with the author to replace it with Newspaper 6 from the same author in order to achieve the website of my dream, I think they gave you the same information. Of course I have to add some extra money to make it 59USD. I hope you will help me to set up that payment.

I was thinking of doing a swap in future for Newspaper if I came up with the extra money deposited into my account but reading that makes me want to change my mind and just buy Newspaper altogether when getting enough money. I think all you have to do that you did get your theme credited though if you got $48, all you need now is to deposit at least $11 but you can’t do $11. So you have to add $20 and have a little extra after purchasing Newspaper. So Newspaper is $59 and you will have $68 in your account after the $20 deposit and that means after your purchase you will have left of $9.

I’m not aware of this however believe envato market has a downloads counter which prevents them to refund the item, but she gave you credit for envato market equivalent to your newsmag’s costs so you have to add the difference and purchase the newspaper theme which costs a bit more. I suggest you also address this to envato’s help center or just reply theme on this matter or wait for a reply if the message I see in your post is the latest one. I’m sure they can clarify this and will give a more precise answer.
