My point is how to place ads after the 3rd post from block 11 on the front page

Sorry about that! If you want to add some Ads after some blocks, on the page, you need to use the Ad Box element, added it with TD Composer. As a hint, you can follow the next steps from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/7LRCMKO5K
