where only: “Simple Text Advertisement” is hyperlinked.
Requirements:
I want this text advertisement only on the homepage.
On clicking the Ad, it must open on a New WINDOW or New TAB.
I should be able to change the Font Size.
It should have a border of 1px.
It should have a block title of “Advertisement”.
Placing the Ad just above the td-demo-footer-menu.

Sorry, the theme does not have any such an option for this. So, if you want to add an Ad in footer section you should add in footer widgets some ads from Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/02SrrG536
