How to prevent Cloud-imported headers from overlaying page content

Whenever I assign a cloud-imported header to a page using for example the header manager, the header goes ON TOP of the page content, hiding parts of the content, instead of pushing it down. How can I make the header NOT be on top of the page content?

Hi,

So the header is on top of the content? Maybe the headers you are trying use the overlay setting, this would explain it

Check if that is the case, let me know.

Thanks

No, it’s set to “default”, not overlay. I also tried fixed, which didn’t help either.

Then maybe the page template is adding the overlay – http://prntscr.com/mzdck2
If that is not the case, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, mention the pages where we can see the problem. Include a link to this topic in the email. Let us know.

Hmm no it’s set to “Default Template”. I’m not sure I can send you admin login, I’m pretty sure our IT manager would fire me… Any other ideas?

I could inspect a page where it happens, create a test page and post a link to it. Mention all the steps you take before the issue can be seen so I can also try and recreate it on my end. If there is an issue we will fix it. Let me know.
