How to properly create homepage?

Hello,

I created a homepage called ‘All News’ and only now I noticed how it looks in Google:

Of course I’d like it to be only ‘Securerr’, the site’s name.

So how can I properly create a homepage so that its name wouldn’t be showed up in Google and browser tab?

Use Yoast SEO, on your “page” put in the META data in Yoast settings to control how home page is listed/named/indexed in Google.

Yes… you need to type in what you want in “SEO Title” in YOAST panel
… note the “SEO Title” box in the screen shot you just attached? Put the info you want THERE.

you may want to read the docs on how to use Yoast SEO.

You might also want to simply change the “site title” of your site from the normal WP settings panel … ?
