How to properly uninstall the newspaper theme, tagdiv plugins and clean up db?

I am looking to do a fresh install and redesign of the newspaper theme because I’ve been using it for a long time and have a lot of useless data.

I have deleted the tagdiv plugins and deleted the newspaper theme but there is a lot of residual data left such as- custom fields (post views on 300+ posts – https://prnt.sc/11it1zv), cropped thumbnails (example https://prnt.sc/11it61q) that I won’t use and database tagdiv entries.

To clear your database you can try a plugin => https://kinsta.com/blog/wordpress-database-plugin/ also, you can try a plugin for regenerate thumbs, that can also, remove unused thumbs.
