hello, how to put only name blog and description only at tab ? look here i.is.cc/2H7vMyhh.png but my blog is show – Haqem.my please help me!!

Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you want to change. Do you are referring to the Site Title? If you want to change it, notice that you can do it from General Settings, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Myp7R4TdSRQ If is not what you mean, please provide some useful screenshots so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
