I’m trying to put the shortcode (3rd party plugins) in theme but it does not work. I tried inline text, column text, raw html but no success. The shortcode only works when I put it directly in my post. It does not work when I customize the page through tagdiv composer.
One more thing, I am using the post template of Covid Pandemic Pro (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_pandemic_pro/2020/03/19/td-post-a-call-to-arms-under-attack-pro-vaccine-doctors-fight-back/). How can I have the sidebar appear in the mobile view please? The sidebar now is only appearing on desktop or tablet, it does not appear in the mobile.

If you want to add that shortcode in some pages, then you can do it using tagDiv Composer, add a column text or text with title and set the shortcode in text area -> https://i.imgur.com/CSPcls9.png if this is not working, is possible to not be compatible with our theme.
On mobile the sidebar will appear at the bottom of the post.

So it should be not compatible with your theme. By the way, how can I close the edit content box after I put the code? It spreads the screen so cannot see the close button of the box.

In order to close the editor, you can click anywhere outside of the editor popup, or you can drag in left until you see the close button.

In order to make the header to be as the content, you need to edit it with tagDiv Composer, click on the row and change the stretch on default or stretch row -> https://i.imgur.com/r9yJZyx.png and check the results!
