How to put the contact us "shortcode" in inside the image

Hello!

I want to create “Contact Us” page on my site https://www.rsviral.com/
I watch your video on how to create about us page, but I didn’t find, how to create contact us page.

I add an image on the contact us page, but I want to display the contact us columns on Image.

If you can see the form is below the Image, how I can bring it inside the image?

omg! the Contact Us form is now not displaying after using TD Composer. HELP! ASAP

I have 2 problems:

1. On my site “Main Menu” Image quality was low.
2. I want to add a contact form on my Image.
