I set a page/post with 3 blocks, Top/Mid and Bottom.
I tried to relocate the Bottom to mid-page by click&move with a mouse, but failed.
Any better way to relocate positions of blocks in a page?

You can do it like that. Make sure you take the element and not the row: https://prnt.sc/Y3HtEaraeyqd
Also, you can copy and paste the element after another: right-click on the element: https://prnt.sc/di9HxFxYhxDp -> right-click on the other element and choose paste after.
After that, you can delete the initial element.
