Hi, is any way to remove a specific heading from a smart list?

Let me see if i can properly describe it 🙂
Let’s say i want to make a top 7 things to do and make the post as a smart list using the classic editor.
I’m using the H2 for smart list. After making the top 7, i want to add some other tips or FAQ sections, still as a H2. Is any way to make only those 7 H2 appearing as a smart list and others not? I know i could make the others as H3 and not showing as a smart list anymore but then they will appear in table of content as subsections. I could remove them from table of content but i want the readers to know they are there.

Unfortunately, you can set only one heading there and not choose for some titles.
