Hi Ganzorig !
In same layout option which is open in your image if your go i little bit more down you will finnd that there is option to hide author information and hide date.

I chose to hide and then saved it & but the author and date do not disappearing. Please see this picture.

Hi,
Please try the general option from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/D6RCmUU.png this will remove the author and date from all blocks.
