How to remove all those extra menus on my homepage that came with the demo

I have newspaper 7 and installed the ”Sport News demo” so I got pre- installed all of those extra ”menus” on the homepage.

Where can I create the homepage the way I want? I can only find the categories way, but not for the homepage.

Thanks the homepage link helped me a lot. Going to look what the menu link is right now.
