How to remove Author name from posts

Hello,

I would like to remove the Author name from my posts (see the screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/k52cQNsuAe4Q). I thought at first that it was All in One SEO Pack, but then I realised that it is the theme (http://screencast.com/t/4ARIcZpdB2Mu). I tried a search in the forum and saw that I could remove a line from functions.php but it turns out that I don’t have that line in my function file. So what do I do?
