I have disable Breadcrumbs, Disable everything in Breadcrumbs like Show breadcrumbs home link, show parent category, show article title but still I don’t know how this category link comes up ahead of the post title. I want to remove that.

I suppose that you are talking about category tags for posts. There is an option for it and you can enable/disable these tags from your theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/yh3WWdgBwaXu
