How to remove Custom Post Types made by Tag DIV?

I have imported a Cloud Template & it created a Custom Post Type, Courses. Also there are taxonomies and Other Custom Post type like Reviews. Is there any I could delete those custom post type? If I remove them from functions.php will it come back again if I update?

Unfortunately, no. Normally, you can deactivate the demo’s plugin, and they will disappear.: https://prnt.sc/ds8br1R2tqVk (Newspaper -> Plugins)
