How to remove duplicate image from posts?

Hi,
Every post is showing double image when we open the post to read. I think one is coming from featured image and second one is actually inserted in the post itself. Please refer to the following link for example.

Hi,

First image is from feature image, and the second one is from the content post.
In order to get remove duplicate image you need to change the feature image ( https://www.screencast.com/t/bEbDOqhBe ), or image from content.
There it is an alternative to turn off the feature image ( but I don’t think this is what you want ).

Hi,

Turning off feature image will solve my requirement.

Can you please guide how to turn off the feature image from appearing in the single post so that image only from the content will appear.
