How to remove loading icon in the post at bottom ?

I have disabled it via theme panel yet it still appears, when you click a post you go at bottom you can see there is an infinitely loading square loop. kindly tell me how to disable it or change the way it behaves such as colour looks.
Second question How to change the colour of the “Page UP” button at the bottom right side of the page?

Hello,

I think you referring to the option the Auto Loading on the Sigle Post Template with tagDiv Composer -> Show site wide settings => https://www.screencast.com/t/4RnV1CnxiuA please disable the option.
The color for Auto Loading and for the arrow on the right side is the accent color from Theme Panel -> Theme Colors -> General theme colors => https://www.screencast.com/t/elIs7vEgJQ
