On my Technos Amigos blog, page loading size is big. I tried my best to reduce the page load size by different methods. From 2 rows to one row I am currently showing in related posts. But I didn’t find any option to turn off ‘More from Author’ in related posts.
How to Remove ‘More From Author’ in Related Posts section. Perhaps I believe there should be option in Theme panel to do this in order to make the theme more lite!

There is no dedicated theme option for this, at the moment.

Thanks! Between, did you happen to open our blog. After installing W3TC plugin, that blue screen(theme color I suppose) flashes for a second before the page gets loaded. Is it breaking theme?

Sorry, the theme is not broken. The problem comes from W3TC plugin which is not tested with our theme, sorry! Use only our tested plugins if you want to achieve best theme’s results. Our recommended plugin for caching is WP Super Cache.

I saw this question has been asked on Themeforest about 2 years ago and still the only solution is to use CSS? Is it that hard to add a filter we could use in the child theme to remove it entirely, not just with CSS?

Sorry but this is the only workaround. The theme doe does not have any such an option in Theme panel to disable the More FRom Author section, sorry!
