How to remove speed booster, so that it's no longer active?

I’ve deactivated the plugin, even deleted it (due to rendering problems) — but somehow … it seems to be still active, a lot of CSS/JS is still at the bottom. Can this even be possible? Thanks.

Additional question — if it’s not a leftover of the speed booster, where in the theme files is defined what CSS/JS files etc are loaded in the header or in the footer, so that I can modify it manually?

Hello zzboba,

You should simply disable and remove that plugin from Plugins list and this will disappears from your website. Clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
