I am buy this key, how is possible my key used in 500 plus website, how is possible??? And why you are not reset my key, key is my property because i am the buy this, if you are not reset my key then reissue my new key issue, because i am the buyer of this key, and key is only for one website why 500 plus used my key, is your system why you allow 500 plus website running in a single key, reason is key is not secure kindly reissue my key. The key was not used only buy you, there are more users comes with that license key, and this was used to activate the theme over 500 times, NOT on 500 sites (this is a difference because you can activate the theme multiple time on de same domain, the key was not correctly used and was already rested a few times and it was continually not used correctly).

I also checked for the aliflarefm99.kasur@gmail.com email requests that have been made and those are the results – https://i.imgur.com/sUodbHH.png so it appears that you tried lately to activate the theme with the mentioned license on 3 different domains, even if you say that you have only one!
If you really think that someone has stolen your license, although I don’t know if this this was the situation, please contact the envato support, they will check it too, only they can provide another license key, if what you are saying can be identified to be true.
