I think you have selected too many categories for this post. I would suggest you uncheck any categories you don’t want it show up there, and then it will not be there.

Hi,

This is how it was designed, if you have are on a parent category(has subcategories), all the subcategories will be displayed as you have here – http://screencast.com/t/c6VFI3x5jxu
If a specific category doesn’t have any subcategories, it will be displayed all the categories from the same level – http://prntscr.com/8octrk
Unfortunately there is not option to choose how many or specific category to appear there and you need custom modifications and I suggest to hire a professional developer to do this for you as we cannot provide custom work at this time.
