How to replace comment on post by facebook comment ?

If you want to replace standard comments with the Facebook comments, you have to use the shortcodes provided by the plugin: http://screencast.com/t/t6De3HwW and replace the standard comments from the theme files in every template. http://screencast.com/t/wNkcby3T05.

Make sure to uncheck the post comments in the plugin or they will be doubled

This will change the default comments to Facebook ones but only on posts with the default template selected.
If you use another post template, you will need to modify the other files with the number corresponding to the template used: http://screencast.com/t/r7xs3oegMm2.
