How to replace search bar with Shortcode

Hi Team,

I want to replace the normal search bar which shows up at the end of the menu bar right corner with my own custom Search console which I am using from Ajax search lite. How to replace this with the Search shortcode or Search shortcode for the Template?

Hello !

This will be possible if you are using a Cloud Library Header. Edit it using tagDiv Composer. Remove the existing search form and use a column text element in order to insert your shortcode. Simply copy the shortcode and insert it in the text area of the column text as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/UEMEsVKog

Column text is an element from tagDiv Composer.

Thank you for your reply, but can we insert the Search theme shortcode in the Theme editor (search.php)?

Unfortunately this will require custom work which is not covered by the support team. You can try this but we cannot say that it will work.
