I want to replace social follow buttons on top with “easy social share buttons for WordPress” plugin icons. Can you please tell how to replace them and which file/files I will have to edit.
If it is not possible to change them, can I make them look like in the image below.

If you want to change these icons, you have to edit the theme files here: http://screencast.com/t/dqzaDyibSYDz
You will need coding knowledge to do it and we cannot offer any easy solution for it as we have no idea of the plugin functionality.
