Hello Roman22,
Please notice that our theme uses thumbs and all the images will be cut from center to top, according to what type of thumbs are used by your modules/blocks. You should use big size for images because the theme only cut them and not enlarge them and if you are using an image which has a small size than the thumb you will see these problems. For more information in this regard, please consult our useful tutorial here and follow the steps from there, like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
My website also has hundreds of images that were being used on a different theme prior to using this theme but are now too small. We tried Thumbnail Regen, but it didn’t seem to fix the problem (see attached). Is there a way to enlarge only the small images that aren’t hitting the thumbnail minimums?
Thanks,
Hello feelingsuccess,
Please notice that the theme does not enlarge the image to fit its space in full width. It will just be displayed the images in the original size.
If you don’t have the possibility to upload large images you could use a combination of plugins to upscale the thumbs – Thumbnail Upscale and Force Regenerate. For more information about these kinds of plugins, please consult their documentation here -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/thumbnail-upscale/ -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ Also, please ensure that the functionalities of these plugins are not affected by the other untested plugins that could create interference through the theme. Please notice that these types of plugins are not tested with our theme and we cannot provide support for the theme. We recommend them because a lot of our customer uses and they were satisfied to their functionality.
Thanks for your understanding!
