As I have seen, a subscribed user is able to see the media and posts of WordPress Admin however the user is not able to edit or delete them but why should I, as an admin let the user to see my posts or media. That’s why please suggest if there any option available in the opt-in builder. The user should have access only which are assigned to them according user role or subscribed plan.

No, the subscriber doesn’t have access to your media library. Please provide a video with your steps. Also, make sure that you have the latest version of the theme.

Please see the video where I logged in as an Author and able to see admin media and post. Also the review and locker options are available in the add new post editor. Content egg plugin options are also visible.
