There is a black button “Edit Content”, and whe nI click that a modal window opens for me to add content. But how do I save that modal window content? I’ve been trying for a couple days in multiple browsers but seems no way to save the data before the modal window is closed.

After you set the content in wp editor ->https://www.screencast.com/t/dThmH5Gip all you need to do is to click outside or on X of the wp editor, the text is automatic saved.

If this is not working, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you for your help. Even on my big monitor I failed to see that in Chrome or Safari, but when i reduced the screensize (command -) I could see the X to close it. But it fails to do anything.
I guess I should be more specific. I am trying to add the shortcode for the Cryptocurrency Widget like this:

When I add the shortcode and close it, nothing changes on the green box… no widget is shown. Any idea why?

Yes I tried that multiple times. And your steps are the same as what I have been trying. Nothing displays when I add [ccpw id=”828″] and save. Very odd.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
