How to save the current template in my "Cloud Templates"?

I use the “Newspaper church” template. I’d like to make and save several of modifications and settings this template.
Can I save my variants or current version of template in “Cloud Templates”?
I tried to follow this instructions:

but I can’t save a version of the template in my Cloud Templates”.
