We are setting up a “Subscribe by Email” box on the website.
We added a “Leads” box from left hand side and using it on the page.
When someone subscribes by email, we need to send a Welcome Email immediately to the person who subscribed.
Is it something we can do without using MailChimp or Mailer Lite?

This can be done if you select on the leads element the option for double-check via email. The email can be set using the template from Opt-in Builder > Subscriptions > Settings > emails (as mentioned in our guide -https://forum.tagdiv.com/leads/), just make sure that you do not change the parameters, only the text.

Could you please let us know how we can edit the size of the Logo on the email which is sent out when someone subscribes to the website on leads?
Also, when we were setting up subscribe, it was asking for bank account details.
We are not planning to have any paid subscribers. So, we just added some dummy text. Hope that is ok?

The logo image used in email is the one set in the theme panel > header – https://prnt.sc/86FCUmbWVqhP. What you need to do is to make sure that you select there the logo with the size you want for your email, not too big, also not too small.
If there is no need for any payment, then any text/data can be set and you should also make sure that the option to enabled permants is disabled/unchecked – https://prnt.sc/3OjLxD3FfuCR
