Can somebody help me how to do this?

You can’t cache things hosted on other people’s websites.
So none of those things you mention can be cached.
Welcome to stupid Google PageSpeed Insights 😉
(They penalize you for their own sites in the “rating,” but not in the real world.)
I personally “tune” my sites, with the ads disabled.

Lately I have problem with google, because Google analytics says, that I don’t have tracking code installed. But the code is there! And Google Analytics by YOATS is also installed and connected. Now I am waiting if it will start working or not.
The site was previously hosted on blogger (3 months) and then I moved it to shared hosting. Since then (2 months now!) the google analytics doesn’t work (no data). Grrrrrr!
