How to Set Content Image in the right side of sidebar

HI

1. I Want to know if It’s any way How to set content image in the right side of sidebar and the Ad in the left side.

2. How to make all Page including Post Content, Sidebar, Post Title with #4C4C4C color from default.

Hi

I am not sure what you mean, but if you want to place the ad on left side and on the right side an image, on the same line, that is not possible, the theme can handle that.
For more info please provide a link and more details.

To customize the colors go to Theme Panel->Theme color and chose every element you want and replace the curent color with yours like in this example http://screencast.com/t/4aEFLPEWh1f
