This can be done if you are using a cloud header, edit it with tagDiv Composer and use the mobile horizontal menu element – https://i.imgur.com/oOdrVwU.png

Aham, now I got it, you are referring to the left and right margins, for this select the element and in css tab set -24 let and right margins, like this – https://i.imgur.com/3t7lFkT.png
